Orders
1. Mininum of 5 pax (or RM 100) and maximum of 20 pax orders. (Subject to change depending on the items ordered from menu)
2. Price is based on menu ordered and will be counted by pax (eg. 1 appetizer, 2 side dish, 1 main course for 10 pax = RM 20 per pax)
3. All orders must be made at least 1 weeks in advance. (Base on availability, first come first served basis)
4. For any specific customization, please order 2 weeks in advance.
5. Other party items can be requested as well (eg. Paper plates, drinks, utensils, balloons, etc) will be charged and based on availability.

Quote
1. Once an order is made, a quotation will be given and will remain valid for 2 days.
2. If any alteration happens, a new quotation will be issued but will only be valid based on the dates of the first quotation issued.
3. If there is no confirmation on the quotation within 2 days after receiving the quotation, your event date will be released and will be void.

Payment
1. Once a quotation is confirmed, a 60% non-refundable deposit is required. Payment can be done via bank transfer, online transfer or cash. If the event is cancelled, there will be no refund.

3. As all items are packed in microwavable containers, there is no rental fees for equipment unless necessary.

Liability
1. Alore Party Cuisines advise that all food to be consumed within two hours of handover. Once order is handed over to clients, therefore becomes the clients’ responsibility.
