I grew up knowing I wanted to do something for everyone that I love. Something that would make my beautiful family and friends happy. I found a passion for cooking. Watching the people I love enjoying the food made gave me such a satisfaction nothing in the world could. I feel ‘full’ just by watching them enjoy the food. I started experimenting with recipes, mixing leftovers to see what turns out, trying recipes hard to find here. My friends and family were my tasters and they loved it every time.
MasterChef Malaysia made a presence here. I decided to join with the encouragements from family and friends without hoping much but to try my luck and see where it would take me. It took me from thousand applications to Top 40 and to Top 24 of Season 1. It was the most amazing journey of my life and I knew exactly what I wanted to do in my life, creating labours of love from my kitchen.
A vision of Alore was born. And slowly I started planning on making this dream a reality. Now, here is Alore Party Cuisines.
